    Hi All
I am dealing with plantar fasciitis for a few months and I have less pain.
I am doing some stretching exercises that my PT told me but I heard about strengthening the foot.
What are some good exercises for you to get stronger feet?
    Thanks

    I like the towel stretch.
Every morning before I am getting out of bed I do this exercise for two minutes. It helps with the morning pain out of bed.

You must stretch your Calf muscle and Achilles tendon cause it pulls your plantar fascia from the other side. Calf muscle stretch is the one that you bend down while your hands on the wall. This is probably the most important stretch you can do. Actually the towel stretch has the same impact.
Hope you will grt better soon

    Hi Mos
I think that my plantar fasciitis is almost gone because of the strengthening exercises I am doing. I had a few treatments like ice, stretches, orthotics and even got 3 cortisone shots and almost nothing helped. then I started doing these exercises that strengthen the feet and slowly got to feel better. I feel as if I walk better and stronger. Finally today I have almost no pain at all and it seems because of the exercises. There is a good exercises for plantar fasciitis review here in this website just choose a few and do it.

Walking barefoot on the sand. I live near the beach so I can walk on the sand just whenever. I think it has made a big difference for my heel pain.

After I recovered from the strong heel pain I had every morning I started to do calf raises in my doctors advice. Just raising my heels 20 times 3 times a day. I feel much better and stronger now.
